Stephanie Draven’s Summer Diva Give-Away

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

Summer is here and it’s the season I like to get all glammed up. Weddings, dinner dates, cruise vacations…okay, a writer can dream. Mostly, I’m tapping away at the keyboard. But for my readers, it’s time to get in touch with your inner divas.

I usually give away books and gift certificates during my contests, but this time I thought I’d try something different. This is a divalicious crystal necklace. You can win this necklace or a box of books from me. I’ll also throw in a free ARC of one of my novellas for HQN Nocturne. All you have to do is:

1. Spread the word about this contest using twitter, facebook, myspace or your blog and post the link in the comments section below

2. Join my very infrequent newsletter (If you’ve already signed up for the newsletter, you can still win by spreading the word about this contest using twitter, facebook, myspace, or your blog)

I’ll enter you in the contest once for each action taken above. The drawing will be held on September 1st.

(Note: By entering the contest, you agree to let Stephanie Draven use your name on this website and her blog if you win. Your email address will never be sold or transferred to any third party.)

Hopefully a beautiful summer awaits us! So, to kick it off, I’m going to have a summer give-away!

On July 1st, I’ll choose a lucky winner who can, in turn, choose either a $20 gift certificate to either Fictionwise or Amazon.com or (if you live in the US) a box of books, brand new, most of them signed by their authors. I’ll also throw in a free ARC of one of my Harlequin Nocturne novellas.

And what do you have to do to win? I’ll give you one virtual raffle ticket for each of the following actions:

  1. Join my very infrequent newsletter
  2. Blog, twitter, myspace or facebook telling others about this contest and give me the link to it in the comments below

And that’s it! Here’s hoping you have a wonderful summer and lots of time to read and relax.

Spring Contest 2010

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

Daffodils in SnowAfter the Snowpocalypse of 2010, I’m looking forward to a springtime filled with flowers, fun and fantastic books!

I’m gearing up to write another installment to my Mythica series for HQN’s Silhouette Nocturne, which I like to think of as “Percy Jackson for Grown Up Girls!”

I love re-imagining Greek myths for modern times with kick-butt heroines and this time, my story will feature a sexy siren and the one man who won’t fall easy prey to her charms…or will he?

In celebration, and for the purpose of this contest, I’m going to be giving away a $10 Amazon Gift Card and a free ARC of MIDNIGHT MEDUSA to one lucky winner.

TO ENTER:

1. Join my Newsletter, or
2. If you’ve already joined my newsletter, spread the word about this contest by posting it in your blog or on twitter or even Facebook if it’s a publicly accessible link (which you should post in this thread)

(Note: By entering the contest, you agree to let Stephanie Draven use your name on this website and her blog if you win. Your email address will never be sold or transferred to any third party. Stephanie might, however, contact you with the very occasional update on her writing and career. At your request, however, you’ll be promptly deleted from her mailing list.)

In Which All My Secrets Come Out

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

I’ve been interviewed by Jennifer Rodland of The Romantic Journey. Among other things, I reveal the five books that have influenced me most this year. I’m still at the “OMG, someone wants to interview me?” stage of my career, so check me out while I’m still humble!

Plus, if you comment, you could win $$. And after all the spending you did over the holidays couldn’t you use a little moolah?
