“From page one, this book is action-packed and intense. The characters are deeply damaged and emotionally flawed…yet exceedingly sexy. Marco is the perfect brooding hero and Kyra is a kick-butt heroine that you’d want in your corner during a bar fight…high concept and high-octane with a splash of sexiness that will keep you entertained. I’m looking forward to reading more paranormals from Ms. Draven. I love her unique twist on Greek mythology and the creative characters she weaves.” ~Jax Cassidy at Romance Divas

“The heroine is definitely not the damsel in distress and the hero is no prince charming. They are both kick ass characters and the story plot, setting and supporting characters can all stand on their own. I read this book in one sitting.” ~Found Not Lost Blog
“Hot, steamy and addicting! Stephanie weaves a tale so sexy and entertaining that takes you to a whole new level of romance. Kyra and Marco are the perfect couple – body, mind and soul. If you’re a fan of romance, you HAVE to read Poisoned Kisses.” ~Readaholic
“It was fun, flirty, and romantic all at the same time!” ~Books, According to Nicole

This book is an unusual find–one that attempts to blend literary erotica with Regency romance and emerges as something else entirely. Fans of erotica may find it too soft. Readers of traditional Regency romance might find it too sensual. I found it to be beautifully written and thought-provoking.
